THEY WROTE A LETTER TO MY DEAD HUSBAND DESPITE HAVING A COPY OF HIS DEATH CERTIFICATE

After two years since my husband's passing, out of the blue we received a payment reminder for credit card charges on his card. I live now in europe, so sent them emails which they refused to answer. Then i sent two letters, the last with the death certificate dated 2016 enclosed. Their reply letter was addressed to my dead husband asking him to adjust his profile to permit access to me obtain the source of the charges made.
If stupidity would hurt, that entire company would be in agony.
