impossible to change channel nothing but shopping

The directv channel changer somehow always gets stuck on channel 2, which is the shopping channel.  If you are trying to get channel 27 or 202 or anything starting with 2, you get stuck going to the shopping channel.  As soon as you put "2" in there, it goes with lightning speed to channel 2 and stays there. Changing channels is a nightmare anyway. Half the time all you get is a little box of the channel up in the left corner, or a big black banner across the screen. Or "imfornation" in text across the screen, blocking the show you actually want to watch. You CANNOT "flip" through the channels like you can with cable. Changing channels is GLACIALLY slow (unless it's a channel starting with 2, then you go immediately to the shopping channel 2. Yippee).  And, you are paying for dozens upon dozens of shopping channels and little else.  I had to pay extra for a reality TV channel because it was "premium" (channel FYI).  Not exactly HBO! I stayed at a hotel for work this week with cable and it was so exciting to be able to flip through channels again.  flipflipflip. Skip all the commercials.  This is impossible with directv.  I can't wait for my 2 years to be up.  Satellite tv or whatever it is, never again.  I had cable for ten years and only got directv because I moved out of the area.  What a terrible choice! Comcast was a zillion times better.
