Telephone scam for technology support on microsoft

Premium Techie Support started at 30 dollars then had to have thorough cleaning and software protection for 300 dollars plus 4.24 per month.  But then had to go to another tech for additional sign on of 200 dollars.  The last one I pulled the plug and demanded my money back.  They had not solved my problem but continued to try and hound me by phone and email.
