Plz deactivate the hungamaclub-fullsongs-5 service

The service is continuing from many days so that 50-60 rs. has been deducted from my airtel account. I don.t want this service on my airtel no. 9752135700. So plz stop this service and back my deducted balance to my account now othervise I have to close the sim.
