They keep sending me the following text message: (Chase Important Message. Please Ring : 786 228 5291) So when I call the number they are asking me to type in my 16 digit credit card! Total scam! BEWARE!

    As you already know, you NEVER call back some number from a call supposedly from "your bank".  You should only contact your bank via reliably known numbers, such as from your statements or back of your credit card.
