My TV was damaged when the genie was tuned on..

on 04/11/14 the directv Technician came out to tell me the directv  thee box was  ok but it was not ok.it was getting hot and it popped ad there was a spark form the genie box and it blow out my television!! I was very up set so I call the technician to come back out and he did, but he ask me what happen ad I told him and he left that box here and my mother was with out a television until 04/14/14.. the television is still in the shop the people I am buying the television from  let me have a loner until mine is fixed I am very up set wit this performance! that genie could have my house a fire because that box had gotten very hot it up set my mother and farther when it popped and blow out the television set because I bought the television for her birthday I would like to here back soon from directv soon on this mater the young lady I talked too on 04/12/14 she helped me very much on getting another box in the mail but we still needed a technician still needed too com out what ever you need let me know.
