Refer a friend

They do not honor the refer a friend program.  They send you cards to use and then when your friend gets service installed they say, oh well if you want to use the refer a friend program we are going to charge you more money.  SCAM!!!!! They use their customers as sales reps for free....  where's my pay check then?
