money taken, no merchandise received

I ordered and paid for the Wonder Years boxed set over a month ago and have received nothing.I finally talked to someone online that advised me that my order was in Canada and was being processed for immediate shipment.
I feel they are a scam, have lied and upon reading of others experiences with this company I feel I'll never see Kevin and his family on my doorstep.
I hate crooks and liers.
This why they are going to hell!!!!
