Cheap Deals 4 You Store (NOT the CheapDealsForYou TRAVEL SITE) is apparently a one person, incompetent company or a SCAM SITE owned by Heather Glasser in Pagosa Springs, CO. My experience is the same as the others documented here. I ordered a GPS on Dec. 26, 2008 and I received a confirmation, the same day. I was also told it was in stock, or it would not be on the site. It was billed on Dec. 31, 2008. I was able after more than 50 calls, and countless Emails, over the next FOUR WEEKS, to get through on the phone A FEW TIMES and excuses for weather and the warehouse, etc. were given with a promise that they would ship the same day, at least three times. Their phone number has changed during this ordeal but even when calling latest number, you get either a recording to leave a message that is NEVER returned, or you get a Message that the number that you called is UNAVAILABLE. Also, their FAX number is non-existent! Finally AFTER A MONTH, I requested a cancellation, which was not acknowledged and I finally disputed the charge on my credit card. Now Heather Glasser can deal with my credit card company.
RUN; DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

    VISA and MasterCard merchant contracts require that merchants only charge to those credit cards AFTER the merchandise has been shipped.

    Your merchant charged your card WITHOUT SHIPPING.  Your subsequent calls confirmed that no product had been shipped WEEKS AFTER the charge had been submitted.  That is a violation of the merchant agreements, and an indication of intentional fraud.

    I have had personal experiences with this Heather Glasser and she is the biggest con artist ever!

    Heather Glasser is is ditto of the rest of the complaints - I have had a nightmare experience with this merchant - too many calls -  too many emails   --  I finally contacted my credit card company  and I hope they can help resolve getting the charged without shipping merchandise  -- credit back to me   --  I just can't believe how she can restfully sleep with the guilt she must feel with doing so many customers "IN"  Their internet site is "underconstruction"  Now I know why!

    Popped me for $3000 for a TV, then came the avalanche of excuses as to why it never shipped..."poor weather" then "damaged in warehouse" then "some guy in Texas stole it" (I'm not in Texas)...then no answer to phone calls or emails or anything.  I would call her several phone numbers and email her daily, nothing, no response.  I guess she just thought I was going to walk away from my money and let her have it.  After some digging, found out that she's a crook.  This went on from last week of November until second week in February.  I finally got fed up and called my bank; they are instituting an investigation against her and I got my money back.  Caveat Emptor.

    She is a scam, has a huge arrest record in Ohio, trust me, I was married to her red headed tall ass.....she scams her own family..I can tell you, check Colorado now, she used to reside in New Albany Ohio, married to a Don Glasser. A few kids now too I think. I do know of two from two different ex's. She doesn't even have custody of now....get her, go get her ,

    Heather Glasser is unfortunately my mother as well. I'm her first born daughter (that we know of anyway). I can't begin to explain to you how [***] up this woman is. This isn't even the tip of the iceberg, my friends. If I ever see that [***] again, it'll be too soon.

    I have court-ordered liens on Heather and Don Glasser for approximately $10,000.00.  She conned me out of rent and did major damage to my almost-new townhome for a period of about 4 months.  She is a vile, evil person -- and obviously from the comments from her own children -- would sacrifice her own family for her own benefit.  When we were finally able to force her to leave our home -- very difficult w/liberal courts -- we had several visits from police and lawyers who were after her for writing bad checks and stealing company secrets from her husband's place of employment.  It's only a matter of time before this woman is convicted and incarcerated for fraud and theft.  To anyone who crosses her path: be forewarned!!

    Let me add, please stay away from Don Glasser.  He is a good guy just like I am to this day.  We were both married to her and we both got scammed. The last we heard she was going to jail in CO.  Donald contacted me. All is going well the last I heard. Anyone with anymore updates?

    Yes, I too was scammed by this gal, but it was not until I found this page that I realized how small my loss was compared to others.  I did some yard work for her, and at first she paid rather faithfully.  Then she started coming up with one excuse after another, and finally she left me holding the bag on a $1500 dollar due bill by filing for bankruptcy protection...but not before writing me two checks for $500 each that both bounced.  She is very good at what she does.  She is somewhat attractive and comes across as the victim, but trust me you want to stay away from her.

    To whomever reads this, yes, this woman is one big scam artist. Stay away from her as we all (here) want everyone else to know to get the hell out of dodge before she takes your life away also. she may think she is smart and can run from the law....well, news for her...they are coming after you. you have been found and i feel sorry for the next victim of this scammer !!
