I am e-mailing them right now and I will return my product when it arrives.  I am also going to send this to the Attorney General's complaint Department for North Carolina since Arden, NC is the address for this company.

    Dispute all unauthorized charges for unordered merchandise immediately, directly through your bank, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fruadulent charges.

    If they are shipping you merchandise without authorization and charging your card without authorization, also file a mail fraud complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector.  Mail fraud includes fraudulent schemes involving shipping through common carriers as well as the U.S. Postal Service.

    I am another person that GRC Vita Power is trying to scam. We agreed to the $1.00 sample, know they are charging our bank account $33.95. This put our bank account into N.S.F. Status with bank fees. Something needs to be done about this. These transactions were unauthorized.

    To Whom this may concern, I have been trying to cancel this charge from my acct. for about 6month.....I am not recieving any of the products for 6month....but my bank acct is still being charged.....my old address: SSG Davis james g HSC, DSTB 1cd APO AE 09344......I am now in EUROPE and not sure were the product is located...I need to cancel NOW

    personally,i think proactive is selling info. i cancelled automatic draft
    with them and changed my bank card.now i gets a letter from vita saying they have my order ready,but they are having trouble with my bank card.i
    never ordered anything from this company.if you are having trouble request a new card.
