THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL UNSUSPECTING, TRUSTING INDIVIDUALS LIKE ME WHO.....i RECEIVED A PHONE CALL THIS MORNING AND....I actually gave my personal information because I am going through a very rough time and thought that a $200 gas card would be helpful right now! How sad to think that there are so many unsuspecting, trusting individuals out there who like me, are desperate for financial help and momentarily have a laps of conscienceness, thinking they may be actually getting a break, only to find that they are being scammed!!!! I had a bad feeling right after but I was a lucky one! I called my financial institution and asked if there had been any recent transactions and at that point there was only $1.00 taken/STOLEN SO FAR...! The representative at my bank suggested I go online and see if it might infact be a scam. I took her advive and found this web site and I was so mad!!! Many others had been scammed by this AMERICAN AUTO BENEFITS fake company!!! I immediately canceled my card and ordered a new one! Now I have only to be inconvenience for a few days....buy oh my gosh...it could have really cost me!!!!!

They are a scam. They are phishing for credit card numbers to cram charges against.
If you have disclosed your card number, immediately contact your bank to block the card or close the account due to impending fraud. Dispute any charges they make with your bank as fraudulent. Follow up with a written fraud dispute or fraud affidavit, sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement. You must dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, to dispute in accordance with FRB Reg. E (for checking accounts or debit cards), or FCBA (for credit cards).
File additional fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov.
