Credit card fraud by Direct Marketing Continuity Subscription Merchants

Bought a bottle of Keto BHB and a week later was charged twice on the same day once for 79.00 and another for 89.55 and I am currently in the morning going to the bank and putting stop payment for this and disluting their charge to my card. And if anyway possible  pressing charges for bank fraud .
