How does one get them to stop calling my home phone

Cardmember Services calls my home phone at least twice per week.  I have pressed "1" to speak to someone and have asked them to stop calling this number because I am on the "DO NOT  CALL" list.  Before I can state my
compliant, they hang up on me.

Any suggestions to make these calls stop?

    I have tried everything and they won''t stop. I am now trying to write a complaint with the Do not Call Registry and when I click on file a complaint I get a error page.
    I don't know what to do
