I keep receiving a bill for a book I did not order and do not want.  I have sent the bill back with this message and I still keep getting it.  In the past I have received books I didn't order and paid for them because it was too much trouble to send back.  The last book I received and PAID FOR, I asked them not to send any more books.  Since then I keep getting invoices for a book I didn't order and I will not pay for a book I do not have and do not want.  Please take me off of your mailing  list for Better Homes and Gardens.

    It's an order cramming scam..
    "In the past I have received books I didn't order and paid for them because it was too much trouble to send back."  They were counting on you and many other docile women to do the same.  That's why you should never treat fraudulent "cramming" as a "normal business transaction".  You go along with creating their intended appearance that "you agreed" to this order cramming.

    You said "no", but they ignore you..
    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Posta Inspector.  If you get further bills for unordered merchandise, file additional fraud complaints.
