selecting a packers and movers to Relocate your home

Dear All Reviewers,
I would like to advise few important things about selecting a packers and movers in any city.. We are generally taking this process very lightly initial time, even don't want to pay few time for our important belongings.
I hope all of you agree with me, We liked to relocate our things safely at destination. So how much efforts we are doing to find a right service providers to do this for us.
what process people following generally, Just searching for packers and movers in city and calling 2-3 contact no. without any screening or verifying about them.. How could you Judge only to call a mobile no or just see a quotation or a website.. these are very simple a easy to get any where.. i wont be agree the customer who are follow above process and end of the day writing bad review about them.. because it was a mistake from your end.. why don't you verify before finalize with them.. have to visited their office, did you checked there all branches, did you met a discuss about pricing and services you requested.. No I met many people who are experiencing bad because of their mistakes..
I worked as a Relocation Asvisor and met many people who are planing to relocate and already experience about a Move. and 99% people fond, they did mistakes from their end. They simply called few service providers and selected by cheap price comparison. So they should be faced horrible experience about move.
I would suggest if you are planing to Relocate any where Intercity or Intercity must do a screening before confirming..
1. Select Packers and Movers to Get estimation visiting their Website, Reading Online Reviews, Checking complaint online by surfing online portals.
2. Call at least 2-3 different companies following process 1. (They are good as per process 1)
3. Prepare a List of Items need to shift, Decide your Budget as per value or goods
4. Call their executives to visit your home for a Pre Move Survey or explain about them.
5. Ask them how they do the service end to end, and collect a Hand written or computerized Quotation and ask for few time to confirm if they short listed by you. collect 2-3 Quotation follow same proceddure.
6. Just check with whom you are comforts, as per your budget, and with whom you can feel a Happy shifting.
7. Never pay 100% advance, don't pay a single Rupees Extra apart from you discuss in process 5. always Prefer Cheque Payment direct to Company Account and made partial payment. Never Pay cash or Bearer Cheque to make payment.
8. Collect all Required Documents related to Move. don't Pay service tax if they don't have Service Tax Number Invoice, you can ask to show Service Tax registration and Paid slip from Past. Don't help them to theft Tax and make our Govt week. Don't pay Transition Insurance till they don't submit Premium Paid Bond. Check Insured Goods value and Premium Paid.
9. Take delivery, Check all Items, Don't signed and submit their consignment note till you not satisfied goods reached same and completely.
10. Never hesitate to Write online review about your experience. Whether it was or bad because that will help other to select right service providers for a hassle free shifting.
