Credit card being charged for high amounts that I did not authorize

My charge card is being charged for these two products by a company called continuity merchants for these products I did not authorize.
The return address on the packages is
Fulfilment  Center
PO Box 8068
Norcross GA 30091

I can not determine where these items are coming from or who is shipping them
Can you help?

    Found two separate charges for $99.15 roughly two weeks apart on my credit card. Called the 800 number on my statement and was told I had approved the subscription. After threatening to dispute charges with my credit card company, and the representative offering a few different partial refunds, she finally agreed to a full refund and provided a cancelation confirmation number. This membership/subscription WAS initially approved by me, however later in the same day I signed up for it, when I noticed 3 separate charges, I called and canceled everything. They still continued to bill and eventually ship a small bottle of something until I noticed the charges today.

    Do not send one more thing to my address, I will not accept and have notified by card holder. This is a sham.

    Nova Care came with top broken off, I will not have anymore sent or billed to meBBB

    I called in and cancelled the Nova Care and Deemagen.  I just received a shipment.  I will contact the credit card company to stop payments. Do not send or charge me for any more of these. Please contact me at my gmail account.  Joyld1223@gmail.com
