The two was calling to lower my interest rate on my card. The representative said he was closing my card if I didn't continue to talk to him. I hung up and they called me back 4 times. I talked with someone else and he said the other representative had no authorization to close my account. I got the address and somehow we got disconnected. I will be investigating more

    I get calls for Health Insurance, Student Loans, Tech Support, and Investment Opportunties.  All are from numbers owned by Broadwing Communications.  I have decided to start calling the registered agent for them in my state for each and every call.  The registered agent in Missouri for Broadwing Communications is CT Corporation System in Clayton, MO.  https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/Common/CorrespondenceI ... 83483&version=1 The agents name is Kristen Bolden and the number is 314-863-5545.  I would encourage you to contact them and complain.
