They are running a scam offering some CD on obtaining "goverment grants" or "government loans", supposedly for "only" a dollar "to cover shipping", then they start billing larger amounts until you get wise and close your account.
There are also many reports of people finding their charges without any prior contact, so they may be buying billing information from other on-line merchants.
I AM VERY DISPLEASE WITH THE CHARGERS ON MY CARD AND I WANT MY MONEY PUT BACK

i dont appreciate someone taken money out of my bank account , who do you people think you are taken other peoples money that you arent in titled to keep your hands out of my bank account i like other people work very hard for my money and i dont need you to touch it without my approval i want my money back in my account that you people took how would you like it if this happened to you i am very sure you would not like it
