Ordered a trial offer of coffee, immediately started receiving coffee every week, Ultimate Bean Cafe charged me $25 for the free trial offer, Coffee Max Direct charged my account $39.70 three times for 2 12oz bags of coffee every week, Seattle Coffee Direct charged my account $79.00 for two 1lb bags of coffee that I never received. I received the coffee from Seattle Coffee Direct so I had no idea who Ultimate Bean Cafe or Coffee Max Direct were and called the bank to start a fraud investigation. Then I called Seattle Coffee Direct to find out how they wanted me to handle sending their coffee back to them and that's when she admits that Ultimate Bean Cafe is their sister company. She did not mention that Coffee Max Direct was another sister company until I called back a half an hour later. Then she admits that they are all three sister companies. Then a slip of paper fell out of one of the packages that they had sent me and it says Cafe Saporito on it. What kind of legitimate reputable company needs four different sister companies all in the same business? So I searched them out on line and find all kinds of complaints about how they are charging people for coffee they never receive, not refunding the peoples money, etc.,, They need to be stopped !!
