Online Coffee Trial order

Ordered a trial offer of coffee, immediately started receiving coffee every week, Ultimate Bean Cafe charged me $25 for the free trial offer, Coffee Max Direct charged my account $39.70 three times for 2 12oz bags of coffee every week,  Seattle Coffee Direct charged my account $79.00 for two 1lb bags of coffee that I never received.  I received the coffee from Seattle Coffee Direct so I had no idea who Ultimate Bean Cafe or Coffee Max Direct were and called the bank to start a fraud investigation.  Then I called Seattle Coffee Direct to find out how they wanted me to handle sending their coffee back to them and that's when she admits that Ultimate Bean Cafe is their sister company.  She did not mention that Coffee Max Direct was another sister company until I called back a half an hour later.  Then she admits that they are all three sister companies. Then a slip of paper fell out of one of the packages that they had sent me and it says Cafe Saporito on it.  What kind of legitimate reputable company needs four different sister companies all in the same business?  So I searched them out on line and find all kinds of complaints about how they are charging people for coffee they never receive, not refunding the peoples money, etc.,,  They need to be stopped !!

    I didn't even place this order and they took $79 out twice.  One was under Shopcoffedirect.com & the other was for Javadirect.com.  Of course noone is returning my calls.  These two charges were done within five days.  I don't even know how they got my information.  I'm so MAD.  I just received the coffee shipment today.  Too bad that I didn't order it.  I did contact my credit card company and they closed out the account these charges were made on but now I have to send the coffee back.  This is just crazy.

    THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME AND I CAN'T GET A CALL BACK EITHER!  i HAVE LEFT SO MANY NASTY MESSAGES THE LAST BEING IF I DON'T GET A CALL BACK OR A RETURN SHIPPING LABLE BY THE END OF THE WEEK I AM NOT GOING TO SEND IT BACK BUT THROW IT IN THE TRASH, ALTHOUGH IT MIGHT MAKE NICE GIFTS FOR FRIENDS SINCE I HAVE NOW GOT 3 PACKAGES! MAYBE THEY WILL CALL WHEN THEY REALIZE THE ACCOUNT THEY ARE BILLING IS CLOSED!

    Exact same story as all the others-----didn't order anything and they billed my checking account and took money out of my account---then 4 days later got the product I DIDN'T EVEN order!!!  I will return and am working with my bank---had to close out my debit card so they didn't do it a 2nd time----what a bunch of rip-offs!

    The same exact thing has happened to us too. So we contacted our local news station to see if they can get to the bottom of this.

    We finally spoke to somebody in the complaint dept. the person totally admitted to us that they were not going to refund us our money. He came out and blantely told us this. The way we origionally found out about about this company was we recieved an email from Wal-Mart of all places that we were going to win a free $1000.00 gift card if we did a small survey and what do you know we've been ripped off three times and we cant do anything about it. If this happens to you, contact your local news channel and see if they can solve this problem for you, we did.
