I am sick and tired of Accountable America calling me while they block my caller ID. They then leave negative messages about my congressman. How can I stop their calls?

I am tired of this group calling my house and leaving negative messages about my congressman. They cowardly block my caller ID. I would like it to stop!

These scumbags are calling our home at all hours of the day AND night - which is Illegal! The UNSOLICITED calls are coming in BEFORE 7 AM and after 11 PM. Their calls offer NO "Opt-Out" options - which is Illegal! They are using Pre-Recorded messages, which is Illegal! They are using auto-dialers, which is Illegal! They are Spoofing their Caller ID number, which is also Illegal! Yet they are calling me to complain about our local (Louisiana) Republican Congressman Joseph Cao, who SUPPOSEDLY didn't vote for the way they, the Democrats, wanted. They've also claimed in their messages that he SUPPOSEDLY visited and supports a Gay Nightclub. Ask me if I care. I'm a registered Independent. I've contacted both the FCC and the BBB in regards to these people, and NOTHING has been done. This has been going on for MONTHS now. Great to see our Government at work. Also, I'm quite sure this scumbag group will claim that since it's a "political call", that it's not violating the DNC Law. I call BS on that one, as I don't have a past customer relationship with them as I've always been a registered Independent since I was 18, and they are a Democratic Party organization. Guess it's OK for the Democrats to blatantly break the law?

as for democrats vs republicans, the republicans seem to be the ones calling me mostly in Iowa. this is the first time the democrats did, and there was an opt out message at the end of the political rhetoric. never had an opt out in a republican call.

They now have a Do Not Call list on their website. All you have to do, supposedly, is enter your number. We'll see if it stops, or they're just harvesting numbers.

I live in New Orleans, and we have people of all walks of life, races, political parties, sexual preferences, religions, etc. I don't give a damn if he visited or supports a Gay Nightclub. The real question is; Why do you?
Even your beloved "Savior" President has been accused of having Gay relationships with Larry Sinclair. Should I just take those claims at face value, like you did with Mr Cao?
I guess it's OK for your Democratic organization to blatantly break the Law, but it's not OK for anyone else? The term Hypocrites definitely applies here.
The only things that are illegal are not having an opt-out and calling before and after certain times.
Pre-recorded messages are not illegal. Auto-dialers are not illegal. Spoofing caller ID is not illegal (unless your state has such a law; I know of none that do)
