Call #2 from RPM stating that we had a balance due of $50.. from Direct TV from 2012.   My husband and I both told them if there is a bill then send it to me.  We know that there is nothing outstanding.  We paid our bill in full when we moved and we had a forwarding address.  They claim that they wont send another bill because the company hired them to collect.  I have to pay over the phone to avoid futher action this will effect our credit blab blah.  I said I will never pay over the phone. When I became loud she did too and told me I was disrespectful.  Really you want disrespect?  I hung up on her.  If receive another call I am telling them that I am calling the BBB and my Attorney Generals office.
