I receive a phone call from Card Member Services at least once a week to lower my interest rates.  Recording says "press 1 for representative" or "press 3 to discontinue calls."  I have pressed 3 many times, it doesn't stop them.  If I press 1 and questions them, they hang up on me.  It is very aggravating.  I called my Credit Card Co. and they said they could not help as they have no affiliation with Card Services.
