Dish is practicing fraudulent act. The reason why the bill amount keeps on increasing because they actually include the 1 month advance plus penalty of not paying the advance. Mortgage companies, credit cards, and other service institution do not bill you an advance payment. In bank your money will have an interest monthly but in Dish, it won't. The customer service informed me that the reason for an advance payment because if the person will transfer to another place or network, they could no longer ask the person to pay. Hello! We have plenty of collecting agency to screw people running from their debts. Why they just say that, you sir, the advance money that the Dish collected from the consumers is for our company expansions and money market. Meaning they got their business coming from consumer's pocket. Please help me air this matter and the government should be informed and aware so that this fraudulent act should be stopped. Take note that the first billing period after installation, the consumer already been collected 2 months advance plus this 1 month advance every monthly billing.
