They charged my account without my authorization in the amount of $69.93. I called them and they were very nice, placed me on hold for about 5 minutes and took the charge off of my account and told me no further charges will be charged again... easiest place to ever refund your money. Was pissed the charge was even placed to begin with but the problem was an EASY fix!

    So you say.  But until your money is actually refunded, you don't know.

    Furthermore, there is no way to stop future fraudulent charges that you might not catch in time to dispute.

    The safest response in cases of unauthorized or fraudulent charges is to file a fraud dispute through your bank, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA, and close the account or block the card number to prevent further fraud.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute addres or fraud department.  your bank can reverse charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date showing the disputed charge.
