      I have been charged sum of Rs. 410/- in the bill number 538331873, on  06-10-2016 & Rs. 1426/- in the bill towards one time charge against BSNL hungama/movies/Music/ Games on demand.
     I would like to bring to kind notice that I have not even subscribed  or utilised this service.
     Therefore I request you leave necessary steps to refund the amount from my bill and unsubscribe this service  immediately .
