Quality of food

I went last night with my wife for dinner. We ordered apetitsers, which was fried calamari and fried vegetables.
we ordered salad and my wife ordered shrimp scambi and baked potatoes and side dish of Broccli.
I ordered linguini and red sauce
complaint: The apetitzer was owful. Hardly any pieces of calamari and the ones there were very small, very few
of them. The Brocolli was terrible. I believe they used the frozen ones to deep fry. The Marinari dressing was
very salty.
The salads were loaded with dressing rather than having the dresing on the side, which looks like they
want to feed us dressing rather than salad.
My wife Scampi was allright, although the size of the shrimp was of the small size, rather than the one
advertised in the menue.
My food, Shrip with Linquini was disaster. The sauce was extra salty. Considering that I was on low salt
diet because of my blood pressure, to me the food was not edible. Added to the fact that the shrimp used
is the very tiny ones,(the ones you buy in cans), with no flavor.
On the other hand. the waitress was great. She tried to make things easier for us, and she offered
to change the food, and she ended up deleting my meal from the bill.
The sad part is the fact that the quality of food has declined so badly, to the point I will think twice before
I try that place again.
