Being told I was a winner of money by a Deborah Shaw who is on their website

I was told by a private message on Facebook by a friend here in the UK that we had both won a lot of money on the free lotto and had I claimed my prize. I asked how to do this and contacted this lady Deborah Shaw who reassured me it was right and to look on the winners no.s I did all she asked and was told I would receive my winnings after paying a clearance fee which I did and that my winnings would be delivered by UPS . My friend was scared about sending money  but after doing so she received her money within 24 hrs after being contacted by UPS? There is no way that anyone would know I knew the friend in question as all our communication was  private Facebook. I have the relevant Ticket no. Prize no. Win number. Lucky numbers  Serial no. AIM SHOP sd Reff no. And Batch no. Surely if this is a scam I would not have been given all this information. I now ,after questioning Deborah  Shaw to the extent we both became fed up with each other ,can not contact her again. Can you see if this situation can be resolved.
