rust spots

Stainless steel refrigerator with brown rust spots beginning on top and lower doors. Located in kitchen of a family of four and used daily since purchased. Warranty coverage expired 3/17/14. Bought at Lowes in Olympia, WA. Matching stove/oven is starting to do the same thing. Front panel of matching dishwasher has water streaks that cannot be removed. Using stainless steel cleaner recommended by Lowe's staff to clean and polish appliances. Will file a complaint.
