Harassment phone calls. Calling in regards to another person

This company will not stop calling making harassing calls in regards to another person entirely. They are not calling on behalf of a debt I owe. I have asked several times to be removed and yet they continue to call for this person who I am not. I have rejected and blocked them and they still make another point of contact using another number.
