Air conditioner compressor quit after 4 yrs. I was told to send the purchase receipt to samsung after contacting them for a refund. I did this and never received a refund. I called customer service again after appx. 6 weeks and was told that samsung had tried to contact me 4 times during this period. This was not true since I have caller id and no calls came from samsung. I am disabled and live on a fixed income and can not afford another ac. Could some one from samsung please help me. I can not afford to send the power cord as I was told to do.

    My ac is not working properly, not cooling and indoor unit making noise loudly.  I have purchased an ac on 22.03.2013, from seventh day of purchasing a.c. can't cooling.  I think concern engineer has not done the installation of a.c. properly. I have adequate solution on as early as possible.
