they took 58.00 out and i didnt authorise this. gave me grants.refund@gmail.com to get a refund.this is only a complaint department. i wont my money put back in my account,or im gonna call the attorney general.

    You probably did not read the fine print when you requested info from them and ended up signing up for their service(s). You need to contact them and cancel your account, otherwise you will probably see a recurring monthly charge.

    I would like to know how I could get my money back,It said I would be charges for 2.98 and I was charge for 3.98 and a bill of 59.59 and also this was in USA and not Canada witch online it said Canada and also I could not log on with the username .I has Cancel and would like my money back the phone is not on my bill.so please let me know thank you. my email to let me know jojo1186@hotmail.com

    They are all cramming scams.

    The websites are deliberately and deceptively constructed to hide disclosure of repeated monthly charges, behind links, buried in legaleze text, at the bottom of long html pages, through use of poor contrast fonts, etc.  FTC has examples of various such deceptive websites, and the Senate Commerce Committee has held hearings on similar "negative option" charge cramming scams.

    Dispute unauthorized charges through your bank, and block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent toyour bank's dispute address.

    Do NOT waste your time trying to get your money back from any scam through the scammer.  Always immediately file a bank dispute, as that is usually the only way you will ever get your money back.  If you leave your account or card number active, you can expect additional monthly charges, probably around $58 to $150, until you get wise and shut it down.  The "$1.95", or whatever, was just a teaser to get your account number.

    The game they will play is to try to delay your bank dispute past the 60 day FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute period, after which your bank will be unlikely to be able to get your money back.  To do this they will use various excuses, like "mailing an information packet" that never comes, "cancelling your membership" but they lose the "cancellation" so monthly charges continue, requiring you to get, and send in, a "refund request" that never has any effect, having to call a "refund number" that is ignored, or the cancellation "lost", etc...

    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and at www.ic3.gov

    I was supposed to be charged only 2.97 for the kit because the kit was supposed to be free.  then i got billed 57.98 for the kit. when i called up she said something about 24 hours ???? (you should get people who talk better english) i haven't even gotten anything , I think i just called monday. I don't want this kit or anything else and i want my money back.
    It said free, so it should be sent to me free.  
    this is nothing more then a scam and by what i'm reading it's been done to alot of people.

    Hi I'm Sammie Francher and I signed up for a grant and I was charged 1.87 and now you guys charged me59.00 dollars and my ten day trial was not over and I want my money or I will call my bank and they will file a claim against you all and my attorney will be notified also .

    They took 58.07 out of my account the name is grant kit I paid the a shipping charge for 2.98 and they took the fifty eight dollars out of my account and that is no0t the agreement and I want my refund now.

    The grant free money is not free.The 2.97 for kit is not all the money that you toke.I did not authorize for you to take 57.61 out, please refund my money. I need to pay my light bill with this money.

    I want to complain about the unauthorized money taken out of my account.  First of all I was mis-led about the whole website and got stuck with the $2.97 charge and then the $57 that I did not authorize.  I want this money back just like all the other complaints on this page.   This is a scam and this website should be turned over to the FBI for false information.
