I ordered a simple external caller id from them for my company, they made me fill out form for our tax id go thru a verification process. Yet they can't put the company name or suite number on the package to make sure it gets delivered. UPS WON'T DELIVER without correct info. WOW great Job. I have been on the phone with them for over 30 minutes yet nobody can say we are sorry we made a mistake. Package is delayed until they fix it wow. NEVER AGAIN
