I tried a site to work at home after I had a horrible car accident and broke my neck in two places taking me out of work. Brain host was the company that is a true scam, they say only $7.95 per month, B.S. When the total for the package I chose came through it was $688.40. They billed me and I immediatly requested a refund, actually twice this happened. Now a month later, Brain Host has rebilled me fo the same sum. I have seen nothing from them as far as product, It was a transaction I did not approve, and they will just reach into your account without you knowing about it. Do Not trust these guys. They are a scam through and through.
I had the same trouble with the online support as the others. We should file a class action against these thieves.

    Whenever you are dealing with a fraudulent charge, not only should you dispute the charge as fraudulent through your bank, but you MUST have your bank close the account or block the card number to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  

    File a written fraud complaint and fraud affidavit with your bank, to back up your dispute.  In addition, file fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov


    Once you know what you are dealing with, you know they will keep trying.

    You are an ideal victim for these "work at home" scams.  Easy to take your money, easy to threaten, and you may not know how to handle fraud disputes.

    Stop looking for someone pitching a "work at home" product to solve ;your financial problems.  Most of them are just trying to scam you.

Yes, one of our hosting options is $7.95/month, but you pay for the entire package, not the monthly price (unless you choose a monthly plan). This is explained on our order page, before you submit your order. If you added any upgrades to your account, those are charged as well, which is probably why you ended up with a total of $688.40. As far as your product, we are a web host, meaning we provide the web servers your website is stored on. You received a welcome email containing logins for your account when you joined.
