Flight Connection Assistance

The Alitalia flight from Rome to Chicago was about 20 minutes late, causing us to miss American Air connecting flight to Ft. Lauderdale. American attendant at baggage was very helpful, while AA attendant at counter was not helpful and rude, told us to try United at other end of arrival terminial. Found first AA attendant at bagge and she was able to help get on next flight out.
