Was told by blast fitness employees that my membership was a "month to month" contract and that I could cancel at any time.  I tried to cancel my memebership today, I went up to the gym and filled out a form, I also had to take a picture of the form and email it to customercare@abcfiancial.com.  Everything was fine until I received a email from the customer service rep DENYING my request to cancel.  Mind you, my reason for leaving was due to a work promotion and moving out of state.  So I decided to call ABC financial so that I could further speak with someone regarding this issue.  Spoke with a dumbass representative who did "counseling" with me over the phone.  She was unhelpful so I asked to speak with a manager.  Waited 2-3 mins for a "manager" to come on the phone, only to find out that she was useless as well.  She even told me that they were closing soon and that no one else could help me.  She even suggested for me to go back to blast fitness and speak with someone there but was adamant that no one would be able to grant me a early termination of my contract.  This company suck! I wish I never signed up with them! Scam artist at its finest!

I have been a member of blast fitness for some time.
In the past I have been able to use any/all equipment at the fitness center.
Recently the manager/s initiated a policy that certain equipment could not be used by all members unless a member signed up for a personal trainer.
Is this the policy at all of the blast fitness centers?
I enjoy using the equipment in the exercise room, which I am now unable to use.
    Will this rule be permanent?
Most of the time there is nobody in the exercise room at all, yet I am unable to use the equipment.
Please look into this matter and get back to me about this situation.
The blast fitness is located at 901 S 60th St, West Allis, WI 53214
