I too use this for Amazon purchases.  Found a 150 buck charge with a 2.99 international processing fee posted today, 2/17, made yesterday.  US Bank will reverse the charge, but it will take ten days to get back my money  - which of course I desperately need to cover bills.  

Amazon, you better do something quick - I've made thousands in purchases in the past, but as of now, no more AND I'm immediately telling everyone to stop until Amazon does something - and prosecutes these bums.

    Numerous similar reports of fraudulent charges are being reported on other threads.  It appears that "Digital Star Ltd." was "dissolved" on Jan. 29, 2012.  It looks like their merchant account is now under control of criminals submitting fraudulent charges.

    If you are getting fraudulent charges, IMMEDIATELY block the card number, and submit a fraud dispute to your bank.  Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges if you dispute promptly.

    In addition, you can file EFT theft complaints with the Secret Service

    Stop using debit cards, and block any you have.

    Stick to credit cards, as the federal consumer protections are stronger.

    The debit card is a defective product.
    All the bank promises of debit card safety from fraud are so much bunk, a deceptive advertizing campaign.
