They basically stole my money

When I put in Las Vegas, their site booked me out of Phoenix and I didn't catch the error. Not only was I not able to fly out the day I had booked for, but they told me they wouldn't give me any kind of a refund. They are Internet scam artists. All of their employees are from Pakistan, or India, or somewhere, not from the US or a First world country.
