I'm being charged $9.99 a month for a subscription I did not ordered. I never submitted an order for that subscription. Don't know what to do. I have tried to cancel on line but unable to do it.

    Contact your bank..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
