Unauthorized Charge on new card.

Got a new card chose NOT to renew our shipments. Did not give the new information to this company so they did not have new security code and yet they were able to charge our card. Returning product after a huge run around and misspeak from them. We started the conversation off letting them know they are being recorded(that was a red flag to them and they stated I have never been recorded,lol) they promised a full refund if returned or keep the shipment for half price, but after much talk we found out that there would be 2 more payments as this shipment was one of three. Long story short if we opted to keep for half we would have been charged a total of $104.00 before charges would stop. This is a crafty company make sure you cover it all and record your conversation. We will see what happens in the comming weeks.
