AIRTEL FROM PREPAID TO POST PAID CONNECTION

Dear sir,
I had applied for Airtel post paid connection on 15/07/2013.
Received post paid SIM no.89914 50005 01596 38366.
I got a Airtel message from AZ-AIRCCM on 30/07/2013 stating that address verification for prepaid to postpaid conversion of your Airtel mobile has been completed and conversion will start shortly.
Customer care complaint no 52054630 dated 30/07/2013.
But till date that is (07/08/2013) the conversion from prepaid to postpaid has not been completed.
I kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest.

My prepaid no . 9971294094, APPLIED FOR POST PAID PLAN : RS 99/-
Sir I applied this no.for convert in post paid before 10 days. I
fillup forms and submitted. document given i.e Voter ID and Aadhar
card, photo also. In this document mentions

After one week receive call from airtel and confirm all details, they
also told me in your alternate no.comes call and some body go to your
home for verification.
18.09.2013 received msg from AZ-AIRCCM i.e. prepaid to postpaid
conversion of your airtel mobile no. 9971294094 has been initiated.
your address verification will happen within 72 hours.
Today 19.09.2013 at 2.48 pm call from 0120 4918700 this no. confirm
all detail and ask me you received new SIM, I say NO. after that they
told me your billing address not correct i.e House no. 270 and phone
disconnect.
Today 19.09.2013 at 6.38 pm received msg from AZ-AIRCCM i.e. due to
incomplete verification of your billing address. your prepaid no.
could not be converted to postpaid no. visit nearest airtel centre for
details.
sir, i want to know no any call received in my alternate no.
9871759835 and no body visit in my house for address verification.
you are request to pl solve my problem and give me proper response.
why my forms are rejected and incomplete verification.

I had applied for MNP service on 17/08/2015 to my phone no 8745052479 to Idea Network to Airtel network.
I have also received a call from the +911143857500 for verification.
After that I got a Airtel message from AZ-AIRCCM on 21/08/2015 stating that address verification for prepaid to postpaid conversion of your Airtel mobile has been completed.
But till date that is (24/08/2015) the conversion MNP from prepaid to postpaid Airtel no has not been completed.
I kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest.
