household broken and no response of call

These agarwal packers and movers are cheater. They have shifted my luggage from patna to goa. Few items were broken. And they have also not done resembling of furniture items. Every thing is kept here and there. Now they are not picking phone. After picking they say contact this guy, that guy. Fed up with issue. Really frustrated with their false commitment.
