I there. I don't know who you are but I have been charged to my credit card for supposed services you have provided me. I don't recall ever have authorized those charges. I have been trying to contact you people to stop doing that to me to no avail. I am asking you people to refund my money. You are authorized to keep a single penney from me.I want all those charges to be dropped and credit my credit card back. I already got in touch with my credit card issuer and posted a complaint against you people. You do not provided an available phone number for complaints directly to you; I already tried it. So if you don't refund my money and cancel any dealing with my credit on future charges I will take you to the FCC.

Santo Aleman. I don't have any phone provided to me but I will give you the credit card number to which you have charging against so you can issue the refund.

Best advice is to immediately contact your bank to dispute all fraudulent credit card transactions, and cancel that card number.

Note, this site is not generally in contact with problem companies.  It is primarily used by consumers to exchange information about them.

Since you have shown your credit card number, you should cancel it immediately through your bank.

The wrong person to have stolen from!
This Cricket company is a bunch of thieves they hit me up not once , not twice but three times on the same day!  I never even heard of this company till I saw their THEIFT from my account on my statement!  Thier OVERSEAS "customer service" didn't have a US number to call since thier "NORMAL" practice when people call about THEIR THIEFT is to act dumb!
They messed with the wrong person this time. Filed fraud report with my bank and plan to file with the FCC and FBI on Monday.  I want to see them in jail!

The wrong person to have stolen from!
Got REAL numbers now (yes the idiots tried giving me the SS fraud number too what a bunch of scum bags)  I talked to the FCC (they actually have someone answering the phones at 11:30 at night and he was so sweet!)  Anyway he has put in a report to a senior investigator but thinks because it is theift and illegal charges best call is to the Federal trade Commish the number is 1 877 382 4357 but also report them to the FCC so thier license will get yanked and they will have to find a new front for thier thieft (after they get out of Federal prison that is) FCC number is (1-888-225-5322)

The Wrong Person to steal from
I'm hopeing you contacted your bank which is part one you need to file fraud charges to the bank for the transactions sign the paperwork they send you. Next steps phone numbers to call 18588826304 is the president of LEAP Communications they will after several messages possibly have some guy named Bill Smith call and tell you how it is your fault their company puts through fradulent charges because they refuse to have any safeguards in place to make sure that any semblance of common sense is used in charging accounts that may be stolen or they have their own inhouse thrift ring who really knows I mean this is a communications company supossedly that has a disconnected number listed as thier corporate number.
    Other numbers to call
FCC - If they lose their communications license they can't continue stealing from us since the "customers" that supposedly are the ones paying for service with stolen information won't have the easy criminal "payment plan".
    18002255322

Federal Trade Commision- Well cause they are commuting fradulent charges to your account and could help lead to stopping whatever funny business their "easy access for criminals" phone plans are for.
    18773824357

Finra- With the drama we already saw with hinky companies bilking people on the Securitoes Exchange this "company" really needs a through examination and tradeing stopped till found out what exactly is going on with a "communication's " company that has a wrong number on their info sheets and their own Stock distribution company has no clue how to contact them? Yikes!!!
File your complaint to them (main company for Cricket is LEAP Communications) www.finra.org

File with your home states Consumer Protection Agency and the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

And join me on their facebook page Cricket Wireless where they love hearing about their illegal actions. I've posted some of your story so join in letting them know what this "company" has done to you while you are serving our country in harms way and should not have to be thinkng about scum like them!

Google their board of directors and give them calls. I find the one that owns a identity thrift avoidence company to be extremly amusing since you would think that would be a bad fit for him being on a board of a "company" that is the anthisis of what his company supossedly stands for! Creepy! But then the identity theft/fraud actions of LEAP/Cricket might be a money making business builder for him! Hummm

Thank you for your service and I hope you get your money back I'm looking at a class action so keep in touch so we insure these "people" learn to take responsiblity for their actions!

cricket not only charges your credit card but they also only take cash at there payment centers and not give you your change because they say they don't deal in change so if your bill is 49.50 they only take 50.00 and dont give your change then they charge you 3.00 dollars to pay your bill. wonder what they do with all that extra change>

I put a fraudulent alert on my BC and disputed the charge. I never even heard of these jokers. Obviously, someone is giving them people's legit
    credit card numbers.

A scam a day keeps your wits in play!

I contacted the bank first and then the local police because I am not entirely sure that the girl at the fast food restaurant I had visited the same day did not copy my card info and then submit it to pay her bill. From now on it will be cash only at restaurant's and other places where they walk away with the card.

Another irate victim of this scam. 2 charges on my debit/credit card. Fortunately caught it while checking my account online, so was able to initiate fraud report through my credit union and block my card immediately. Couldn't happen at worse time since we're in process of military move. Any media interest in this particular company and/or scam?

They got me THREE TIMES in two days for $157.49 each time ($472.47!!!)
I am filing fraud charges on them through my bank.

Luckily, my bank balance seemed way off when I made my deposit yesterday, which prompted me to go online and see what was happening, so I was able to cancel my debit card -- and that prevented another 2 pending charges for the same amount from going through, too!

And of course, when I called the number on my bank statement, I was given NO direct line, no help, and was basically told I was S.O.L. because they couldn't trace anything.

Yeah, I will file to press charges for everything available for a company that is so crooked they have that little safeguards in place.

Tried to get me 2 days ago for $224.29. Called my bank-reported the fraud-canceled my credit card. Another $205.23 was charged to Walmart on line. Walmart called me and knew it was fraud. Wanted me to know. These Cricket criminals don't give a damn apparently. Good, my bank will not pay them the $224.29 etc. Hope they sent the phone off already.

I received a charge on my account today for $100.  I don't have Cricket and haven't for years!  I tried to get through to customer service, both on the phone and by email, but it is automated and won't let you speak to anyone unless you have an account with them.  This is absolutely ridiculous.

I received 4 charges on my account couple of days back....(2) 99$ charges and (2) 1$ charges....since I check my account daily, the moment I saw the charges (still pending) I knew they were fraud and called up my credit card company, stopped the transactions and cancelled my card.....yesterday I reached home to find a big box from cricket with a sign "Warning contains Li battery"......since I was already aware of the fraud I didnt open the box and called the credit card company for further direction.....they told me to return it to USPS without opening it and get a "return to sender" or "reject" receipt from them.......I caught them on time

It happened to me today. Thieves stole my cc number and bought 4 pairs of shoes from hottopic.com. Hot topic took it off immediately. They tried to buy things from apple and netflix and they were blocked. I have 3 charges for 154.46 on my account from cricketcomm. I live in florida and I have never heard of these losers!! I called about 7 different numbers and noone was willing to help at cricket. I will call the FCC tomorrow after I get my money back. I am calling my bank and law enforcement. I went to their site to see what could have been bought out of sheer curiosity and I typed in a bunch of letters for the name, it said nothing. Then I went to the payment area and it does not even ask for a name. They are crooks!!! I have sprint and I had to fill out a ton of paperwork abd they run a credit check. it would be nice if they at least made sure that the names matched with the credit card they are using!!!
