i did not authorize charges!!

my bank account was charged for $9.95 last month by a networkagenda.com. i didn't think anything about it at the time. this month a charge has been listed for the same $9.95 from officeagenda.com, i never authorized either of these!!! i used my debit card and it scares me to think how they got that number. i am going to call my bank in the morning about the charge listed today to see if they can help but i want a refund from last month!!!!
