I called and scheduled a appointment for a Saturday between 1 and 5 - technician called at 3 to say he was in the next town an on his way ( I assumed 20 minutes - it was an hour).... the dryer seemed to be repaired but we had to call back as there was an issue.....
Appointment #2 - was supposed to be Tuesday between 7 am and 9am -- I left the house at 8.55 am -- (I didnt know the technican called the house after I left not my cell number ont he work order) and when I called customer service at 11.30 - "he had an issue with his truck" - maybe he overslept -- you think someone would call and acknowledge the issue with the truck.
Michael at Customer Service seemed helpful -- he contacted the techician and he said he will be at your house @ 12.30 -- no no no - I was at work --
Let me just say -- I am still waiting to reschedule -- WHAT A MIGHTMARE....
