Originally signed up for new software thatbhey insisted I needed to correct my computer errors. However shortly after installation the computer wd not operating properly. Took computer to local tech who cleaned it up.
Recently started receiving constant calls wanting to refund the money I had paid for their service. Initially I ignored the calls but eventually have a and They claimed they had to access my computer to make the refund directly to my bank account. When they made the refund one of the refunds was to be for $190.00, but when perdin made the refund there was $19000.00 transfered from my account. When I told them about the error they inddisted I go to purchase multiple gift cards and insisted the card be given to the numbers be given them over the phone and they immediately cashed in those cards and asked me to throw away the cards and the receipts.
After several thousand dollars I checked Matt bank account and even though insisted they did not have an open account since their accounts had been locked however the 19000.00 had bee withdrawn grom my account without my authorization and now I have numerous credit and debit card charges that they refuse to hi or their promise make good on the money I had sent them.
This situation has been. reported go the police and credit card companies and my bank.
