Trying to unsubscribe

I just want to know how I can get rid of this subscription. Especially since I never order it. I have written letters,called customer service and tried to go online &still it is unresolved since 2019. And I’m just trying to get someone to make these magazines to stop from being delivered because I’m not going to pay for something I didn’t order. These people are running a very successful scam to sell their magazine.
