Worst customer service ever!

DO NOT buy Direct Buy. Say bye bye to your money & customer service!!!  We were treated like crap!  We obtained a cracked head board back in November 2012. It is now May 2013 & I am still dealing w/ this issue!!!  First it took months & months of me hounding them for a resolution to the problem. Then I was told I would get a replacement head board. When I FINALLY heard that someone was someone was coming out I get notified via email that morning that my furniture needs to be repaired vs replaced! So my bed would have to be on the floor for a couple weeks.
I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life!  I'm extremely upset at this entire situation. I will never deal with this company again!  I highly recommend to stay away from Direct Buy!  Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
