In October of 2016 I purchased over $3,000.00 worth of supposedly leather furniture from Exclusive and purchased a 5 year warranty with MFS. In October of 2017, this year the leather started to bubbling and tearing. I notified MFS immediately, and after a month of getting the runaround was told my claim was denied because bubbling and tearing is not in the plan.
I did some research on this company and saw that there are hundreds of complaints against them for a number of years. I want to know why your company is promoting this companies product with that many complaints and I feel like your company mistreated me or scammed me along with them.
I am really disappointed now with my purchase from your company and will do whatever I can to NOT promote your company ever again. This is sad that you, who advertise so vehemently your furniture would be associated with this warranty company, Montage Furniture Services.
