Backcharge

I was charged of 610 Euro for a damaged front windows already broken staying in the report and further reported before starting with the car. I am fighting since 4 weeks without sucess. They are really bandit. It is really amazing that a company like RENTALCARS is selling their services as there are a plenty of claims in internet moreover it is amazing that none in ITALY is stopping them.
