No matter who or how many times, they will continue to say the only way to cancel your account is to personally go to an LA facility. Online, you are able to print out a cancellation form from your profile and send it in. It might not be the fastest but for someone who doesn't have time to stop by to cancel it (no time, that's the reason I'm cancelling) it's very inconvenient to cancel nor do they try and make it convenient. Point blank, they want you to keep the membership and continue paying.

We were told one thing and then after a few weeks they tried to implement another. I call it "bait and switch"
another term is liars and fraud.
This spa has a set of under trained personnel in all areas. I had to call corporate and they seemed interested in resolving my complaint; however that has not happened.
so my option is to file a small claims suit in Orange County court as I shall do.
Avoid this all around hassle and go to an honest spa if there is such a thing
